We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2019, at the age of 89, Francis Mangan (Davis, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Lillian; his brother Richard; and his brothers-in-law, Mike, John Sr. Frank Served, Navy and Mine Layer.
He is survived by: his children, James, Robert (Marina) and Christine Eliassen (Donald); his grandchildren, Edward, Brian Eliassen, Britney, Joshua, Janelle and Timothy Mangan; and his sisters, Theresa and Maureen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
