She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Lee Baldwin and Buana Grace Ganoe Baldwin; her husband Franklin Short; her children, Tressa Flanagan, Lawrence Short (Stephanie) of Moorefield, WV, Jeanie Kimble of Moorefield, WV, Kathy Short of Moorefield, WV and Donna Shockey (Rob) of Moorefield, WV; her brother Bobby Iman of Martinsburg, WV; and her son-in-law Jeff Flanagan of Moorefield, WV.. She was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren were often spoiled by their grandmother.
