He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Pack (Day) and Theodore Joe Pack; his daughter Christie Pack; and his siblings, Rachel Jane Pack, Clyde, Bobby and Billy Pack.
He is survived by: his wife Candy Pack (Belcher) of Charleston, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
