He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith (Hatfield); his sons, Kelly Jack Smith (Kim) of Davin and Joshua Jared Smith (Kayla) of Davin; his grandsons, Jaxon Ray Smith of Davin and Jase Michael Smith of Davin; his siblings, Marcella Foxx (Ray), Arella Cline (Roy), Carl Smith, Lowell Smith (Sherry), Byron Smith (Reva) and Lee Smith (Susan); his siblings-in-law, Truby Thompson (Jackie) and Homer Blankenship; and his friend Jeanie Rice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
