He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Blake and Mildred Browning; his children, Glen Cooper, Jr. of St. Albans and Tammy Nelson (Chuck) of Davin; his grandchildren, Madisyn Corns (Devin), Emily Cooper of Charleston and Cooper Nelson of Davin; his great grandchild Ila Rose Corns; and his sisters, Gail Conn of Columbus, OH and Della Browning of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
