He is survived by: his mother Margaret Mutters; his daughter Tiara Thomas of Arizona; his significant other Aimee; and his siblings, Vicki (Gene Scism), Tim Mutters of Oceana, WV, Teresa (Clinton Grimmett), Kevin (Phyllis Mutters), Amanda (Kris Bryant) and Lesa (Emerson Reyes).
