Betty Sue Ellis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Sue Ellis of Davin, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2024 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Sue Ellis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Adkins and Mary Adkins; her son Jerry Dale Ellis; and her siblings, Herman, Bill, Ulysses Brown, Agnus "Big Ag" Gurskey, Brenda Lee Brickles and Judy Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Cantrell (Chopper) of Lakeland, Florida and Steven Joshua Ellis of Bruno; her grandchildren, Mandy Hatfield (Gary), Joshua Cantrell, Rayland "Savannah" Ellis, Bryson Huff, Jerry Dale Ellis, II, Miley Sky Ellis and Madison Jade Ellis; her great grandchildren, Ian Blake and Eli Mason Hatfield; her niece Jenny Cunningham (Gary); and her close friend Jackie Wasserman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, former coworkers, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenville Freewill Baptist Church (652 Greenville Rd, Man, WV 25635). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
