She is survived by: her parents, Shannon Cook (Smith) and Johnny James Colvin Jr.; her grandparents, Leon Elkins (Hazel) of Bias' Branch and Joan Christian of Wayne County; her stepfather Casey Smith; her siblings, Kelsea Colvin, Jayden Cook and Johnny Colvin III; and her aunts, Angela Reed (Jeff) of Pikeville, KY, Russie Barker (Ronnie) of Danville, WV, Sarha Colvin of Danville, Brandy Stewart (Johnny) of North Carolina and Candy Marcum of Ottawa, WV.
