He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Pavelka; his daughters, Crystal Green (Marshall), Angela Petry-Muslin (Ivan) and Regina Castle (Tony Ray); his grandchildren, Carrena Maynard (Dougie), Ethan Acord (Faith), Haleigh Petry (Brady Griffin), Harvey and Emma Muslin; his great grandchildren, Adley, Avery Workman, Amity, Fletcher Maynard, Madie and Rorie Acord; and his special buddy Happy Saunders.
