She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Cook; her parents, Venus Thompson and Virginia Thompson (Peggy); and her siblings, Steve Thompson and Ginger Fenwick.
She is survived by: her son Dusty Cook of Danville, WV; her brother Tony Thompson of Hurricane, WV; and her grandchildren, Piper and Sam Cook.
