He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Brandon Ballard and Ashley Mullins (Matthew); his mother Wanda Ballard; his sister Linda Fox (John); his mother-in-law Betty Dolin; his brothers-in-law, Steve Dolin, Billy Dolin (Kathy) and Brad Dolin (Tammy); his nieces and nephews, Garan Baisden (Casey), Tiffany Cantley and Tyler Dolin (Mandy); and his granddaughter Madelyn Mullins.
