He is survived by: his wife Melanie Castle of Van; his children, Logan Castle, Dr. Mark Thomas Castle of Hawaii and Cassidy Smith (Gavin) of Greenwood; his mother Loretta Castle of Van; his siblings, Mike Castle (Charlotte) of Van and Mitzi Chuey (Jimmy) of Lisbon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Griffin and Ada Jean Smith; and his nieces, Jade Castle of Van, Destiny Nelson-Jarrell (Devon) of Van and Julia Chuey of East Liverpool. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
