She is survived by: her husband Victor R. Jarrell; her children, Dr. Michael Lee Jarrell of St. Augustine, FL and Dedra Cheryl Goff of Indianapolis, IN.; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Isabella Jarrell, Alexandra, Patrick and Madelyn Goff; and her brothers, Hubert, Donnie and Clyde Meadows (Butch). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
