He is survived by: his parent Sunny; his wife Sclesta Lynn Mounts Fraley; his children, Jennis Frank Fraley IV of Hewett, WV, Trista N. of Barboursville, WV and Dallas Craig Morgan of Barboursville, WV; his daughter-in-law Emily Ferrell of Hewett, WV; his siblings, Harley Glen Fraley of Wesley Chapel, Harold Arron Fraley of Mooresville, WV, Daryl Alan Fraley of Mooresville, WV and Constance Sue Fraley of Mooresville, WV; his sister-in-law Debra Griffith-Roberts of Alkol; his grandchildren, Xander Lee Morgan and Maxwell Zane Morgan; and also Joyce Fraley.
