He is survived by: his children, Melissa Elkins of Jesse, WV and Bryan Baire of Delaware; his grandchildren, Alisha Vance, Kaitlyn Elkins and Andrew Elkins; his great grandchild Harper Vance; and also Dorita King. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
