He is survived by: his parents, Russell D. Hoover and Cleo G. Hoover; his children, Carol Lea Perdue, Danny Ray Hoover (Rhonda) and Russell D. Hoover (Debbie); his son-in-law Rhuel Barker; his grandchildren, Nancy Chandler, Lisa Belcher, Jennifer Cook, Jamie Miller, Cliff Barker, Rodney Barker, Levi Barker, Russell D. Hoover, Jr., Alan Perdue and Eric Perdue; his daughter Rick Barker; and also Teresa Barker. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren, and one due in July, son.
