She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kay Smith (Alan) of Hewett, WV, Monica Sue Blankenship (Melvin) of St. Albans, WV and Richard Cabell (Becky) of Huntington, WV.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
