It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Ernest Duty (Danville, West Virginia), who passed away on August 19, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Duty and Mary Bell Duty. He is survived by: his wife Doris Burton Duty; his daughters, Nancy Arthur of Ramage and Joyce Marshall of Homosassa, FL.; and his grandchildren, David Caldwell of Branford, Michele Gwinn of Scott Depot, Jonathan Caldwell of Herndon, VA, Charles Caldwell of O'Brien, Andrea Anderson of Charlottesville, VA. and Edward Arthur of Ramage. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and two nieces and eight nephews.
