It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Mae Bella of Danville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Bella; her son David Bella (Maxine); her grandson Adam Stapleton; and her sons-in-law, Bob Payne and Reed Stowers.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Bella III (Retha), Becky Payne, Beverly Stowers and Kathy Stapleton (Scotty); and her grandchildren, Amanda Payne, Megan Wilson, Carrie Clay, Steven Bella, Joseph Stowers, Jordan Kilgore, Ronnie Stowers, Katie Cravens, Alex Stapleton, Ivan Stapleton, Brandi Pritchard, Joni Price and Jeff Bella. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Danville (439 Phipps Ave, Danville, WV 25053). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM.
