He was predeceased by: his wife Patty Ann Spradling Smith; his parents, Glen Eugene and Edith Nelson Smith; and his brother Richard D Smith. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Lisa Cullin (Robert); his stepgranddaughters, Erin and Elissa Cullin; his sister Glenda Webb (Ervin); his nieces, Dr. Ginger Chasolen, Evely Garrett (Jon) and Faith Cooper (Johnny); and his nephew Shannon Webb (Jennifer).
