She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Dallas Ray Harless; her parents, Opal Marie McNeely and Martin Luther Gunnoe; her brothers, Wilburn Ranny (Dinah) of Wilkesville, OH and William Robert Gunnoe (Betty) of Clendenin, WV.; her children, Valerie Shawn (Kevin Jividen) of Sumerco, WV, Barbara and Eric Shannon (Lisa Harless) of Cazy; her siblings, Cledith Lay Gunnoe, Richard Ray Gunnoe, Edith May Philips and Martin Raymond Gunnoe; her daughters, Maisie Layne, Adrian Paige and Braydon Ray Harless of Cazy, WV.; and also Irene Jividen. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
