He is survived by: his wife Jane Rothlisberger Chipps of Daniels; his children, Jason Thomas Chipps (Katherine Elizabeth Chipps) of Charleston, WV, Ashley Jane Chipps of Pittsburgh, PA and Joshua Hunter Chipps (Madison Chipps) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Braden Thomas, Isabella Grace and William Dean Chipps of Charleston, WV.; his brother Dale Dean Chipps II; and his daughters, Carey Elizabeth and Kelly Suzanne Chipps.
