She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Columbus "Andy" Mitchell and Phyllis Ann Mitchell; her husband Matthew; her brother Jim Mitchell; her children, Michael Handy, Tana Young, Nick Roles and Joey Young; her uncle Roger Butterworth; and her father-in-law John Sherwood. She was also cherished by 3 grandchildren; 2 nephews; a niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested for donations to be made to the Raleigh County Humane Society.
