He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Fisher and Mary Poore Fisher; and his brother Randall Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fisher of Daniels; his children, Steve Fisher of Cumberland Maryland and Lori Fisher Smith (Doug); his grandchildren, Taylor Evans of Asheville and Dylan Smith of Beckley; and his brothers, Phillip Fisher of Louisville Kentucky and Gene Fisher of Orlando Florida.

In lieu of flowers the family would ask that you please consider donating to the United Methodist Temple, and the Raleigh County Humane Society.
