She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Walter Brooks and Mary Jane Frye Brooks of Caldwell, WV; her siblings, Albert Walter Brooks Jr., Ricky Brooks, Kitty Boso and Emily Silvers; and her daughter Mischelle Lee Amos Trigo.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Amos; her children, April Amos Robertson and Donald Amos Jr. (Loretta Byrge); her grandchildren, Dakotah Trigo, Lisandra Trigo of Ogden, Utah, Thyler Amos (Brittany Dunbar), Kaylee Amos of Monroe County, WV, Keslyn Amos of Cypress, TX and Katherine Robertson of Winston-Salem, NC; and her siblings, Carl "James" Brooks (Darlene), Vickie Windon, Brenda Kay Brooks and Cynthia Taylor (Dewey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
