It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Reda Richmond of Daniels, West Virginia, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Kincaid and Lora Plumley Kincaid. She is survived by: her former husband Donald Plumley; her siblings, Dollie Kincaid, Lillian Kincaid, Ethelene Ballengee, Jimmy Kincaid, Bobby Kincaid and Jessie Kincaid; her stepchildren, Susie Ward, Ruby Gill and Richard "Cowboy" Plumley; her son-in-law Larry Todd; her stepgrandson Billy Dunn; her husband Paul Richmond; her daughters, Brenda Todd of Beckley, Linda Adkins (Lowell "Shotgun" Adkins) of Daniels and Pam Adams (Gary) of Daniels; her stepdaughter Melissa Buckland (Jeff) of Forest Hill; her sisters, Ruby Phillips (Gary) of Glen Morgan and Gladys Ballengee of Daniels; her grandchildren, Kimberly Turnes (Mike) of Fayetteville, Gary "Lee" Adams Jr. (Chrissy) of Daniels and Alisha Bennett (Josh) of Beckley; and her stepgrandsons, Kevin Ward (Carolyn) and Steven Ward (Natalia) of Chicago, IL.
