She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Harmon Shrewsbury, Jr. and Doris Shrewsbury (Foley); her spouse Eddie Altis; her brother Sam Shrewsbury; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Shrewsbury.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Altis of Gaston; her grandson Jackson; her siblings, Dan Shrewsbury of Flat Top, Alan Shrewsbury (Julie) of Odd and Brenda Melvin (Bill) of Raleigh; and her sister-in-law Terri of Hermitage.
