He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Falk and Clara Ann Rhodes Falk; his stepdaughter Jennifer Ann Rine; his sister Lennie Poe; and his niece Tracy Shrewsbury.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Stanley Falk; his children, Amy Deck, John Falk II of Ashville, NC and Justin Falk of Ashville, NC; his adoptive daughter Ava Jo Rine; his stepson Nick Rine (Kara); his sisters, Debra Falk Akers of Bradley and Kim Falk Lanchester of Beckley; his grandchildren, Brittany Swagger, Sarah Deck, Jacob Deck, Jaded Grizzle, Nate Falk, Sally Falk, Valerie Falk and Cameron Brooke Rine; his nieces, Hayley Lanchester and Trudy Akers; and his great-niece Jazmin. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beckley Church of God (2211 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801).
