He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Bartlett; his daughters, Angela Johnson, Casey Samples and Amanda Layne; his grandchildren, Jake Samples, Killian Johnson and Graci Layne; his brother Joseph Bartlett; and his friend Ron Brunk. He is also survived by his wife and the very best father to his three girls.
