She is survived by: her husband Kevin Slinker; her children, Kaden and Katie; her parents, David Pohlig of Draper, VA and Katherine Pohlig of Draper, VA; her siblings, Emily Pohlig of Pleasant Grove, UT, Bonnie Roberts (Levi) of Cookeville, TN and Emil Pohlig of Austin, TX; her grandmother Jean Davis of West Augusta, VA; her parents-in-law, Stanley Slinker of Knob Lick, KY and Betty Slinker of Knob Lick, KY; her stepdaughters, Kellie Slinker Mann (Tyler) of Columbia, KY and Nicole Slinker Rodenberg (Austin) of Louisville, KY; and her siblings-in-law, Kent Slinker of San Antonio, TX and Donna Slinker Walton (Richard) of Ft. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, uncles, aunts and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Intermountain Foundation at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, or the Autism Society of America.
