He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Adkins and Mildred Adkins; his wife Guardenia "Dean" Adkins; his great grandchild Delaney Roberts; his friend Ronnie Peavler; and his niece Sharon Kilburn.
He is survived by: his children, Debra "Kay" Mayberry, Karen Roberts (Jerry), Judy "Karla" Muench (Don), Kathy Goodwin (David) and Kenny Adkins (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Patrick Senior, Kevin Senior, Dustin Roberts, James Adkins, Brian Adkins, Trisha Goodnough, Kristy Suriano, Charlotte Mayberry, Jessica Gill, Dana Harmon and Melissa Freidus.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kenneth's name to St Jude's or the Alzheimer Foundation.
