He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cochran and Ora Simmons Cochran; his wife Ernestine P. McGinnis Cochran; and his siblings, Cecil, Ned Cochran and Blanche Wills.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Cochran (Sue) of Daniels and Jan Sparks of Johnson City, TN.; and his grandchildren, Kelly Jones (Paul), Christy Castro (Eddie), Stacey Clemmer, Michelle Spruill (Mark) and Mike Cochran (Sonny Jo).
