She is survived by: her children, Russell Ballengee (Melissa) of Jumping Branch, Richard Ballengee (Robin) of Shady Spring, Arthur David Ballengee of Bennett Mountain, Violet Ballengee of Daniels and Carol Plumley (William) of Cool Ridge; her stepson Homer Plumley of Plumley Mountain; and her sister Ruby Phillips (Gary) of Glen Morgan. She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and one great grandchild.
