He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Earl Wills and Ruby Virginia Southall Wills; his wife Hildred Yvonne Wills; his siblings, Charles, Lloyd, Doug, Eugene, Melvin Wills and Josephine Price; his nephews, David Wills, Andrew Price and Don Price; and his stepdaughter Kathy Cochran.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil Wills of Grandview, WV and Pauline Brogan (Bill) of Daniels.
