She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dennie Earl Toney and Shirley Gaye Blackburn Toney; her daughters, Kristen Carper (Lonnie) of Daniels, WV and Mary Lyons of Daniels, WV; her granddaughter Kara Carper of Daniels, WV; her brother Nick Toney (Sara) of MacArthur, WV; and her nieces, Samantha Allen of Oak Hill, WV and Ashley Jumonong (Darrell).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Bowers Hospice House.
