She is survived by: her mother Mary Sutphin (Jeff Sutphin); her daughters, Angela Johnson (Franklin Johnson), Casey Samples (Richard Samples) and Amanda Bartlett; her grandchildren, Jake Samples, Graci Layne and Killian Johnson; her siblings, Ronald Smith (Marilena Smith) and Tina Smith; and her close friend Jennifer Dean Stover. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
