She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Halstead and Beulah Maxine Ellison Halstead; her sister Treva Halstead; and her nephew Gregory Worrell. She is survived by: her sister Sandra Worrell (Gilbert); her children, Jamie Quesenberry (Ronald) and John "Tony" Suptic (Alison); her grandchildren, Heather Quesenberry (Andrew Butta) and Stephen Quesenberry (Savanha); her great grandchild Jeremiah Butta; and her brother Randy Smithson (Gloria). She is also survived by aunts, and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Betty's name to New Life Baptist Church P.O. Box 229 White Oak, WV 25989.
