She was predeceased by: her parents, George McKinley Bragg and Gertrude Mae Carson Bragg; her husband Kenneth Payne; and her sisters, Gloria Elliott (Loye) of Daniels and Nancy Maddy of Gahanna, Ohio.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Payne (Nancy) of Cool Ridge and Kay Peters (Terry) of Beckley; and her grandchildren, Christopher Payne (Rebecca), Andrea Williams (Joe), Carrie Gibson, Caitlin Elswick (Patrick) and Cynthia Crook (Chris). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
