It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mae Smith of Daniels, West Virginia, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Edward Smith and Virginia Atkins Smith; her husband Charles Smith; her brother David Smith; and her stepgrandsons, Randy Mullins and Matthew Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Graham of Lynchburg, VA and Edward Graham of Daniels, WV; her stepchildren, Sherri Owens (Dave) of Winchester, VA, Charles "Chuck" Smith Jr. (Lorena) of Manassas, VA and Aaron Smith (Melinda) of Mooresville, NC; her siblings, Harold Dean Smith of Parkersburg, WV, Charles Smith (Donna) of Stafford, VA and Peggy Hornsby (James) of Woodbridge, VA.; and her grandchildren, Ashly Allen of Lynchburg, VA, Dana Diaz (Enzo) of Falls Church, VA, Lillie, Emma and Rider of Flat Top. She is also survived by three great grandchildren, several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
