She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Wayne Harkins; her stepfather Von Ducker; her sister Gladys Austin Wheeler; her brother-in-law Herbert Wheeler; her siblings, Robert Austin and Elizabeth Austin; her granddaughter Amber N. Harkins; her great grandchild Shawn Terrell; and her sister-in-law Peggy Austin.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Austin of Leicester, NC; her sons, Ricky Harkins (Billie), Ellijay, Randy Harkins of Danese, WV and Rodney Harkins (Sandra) of Danese, WV; and her niece Reba Keith (Billy) of Actworth, GA. She is also survived by grandchildren; 37 surviving great-grandchildren; and 37 great-great-grandchildren.
