It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randall Milton Rice of Danese, West Virginia, born in Layland, West Virginia, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha G. Rice and Milton J. Rice; and his son Cortney Nicholas Rice. He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn (Gary Smith) of Danese, WV and Lisa (Steve Whiting) of Columbus, OH; his nieces, Katie (Chris Spinks) of Covington, VA and Jo Anne (Bruce Taylor) of Gap Mills, WV; his great-nephews, Luke Taylor, Jace Taylor and Haden Spinks; and his great-niece Avery Spinks.
