He is survived by: his parents, Cammy Adkins (Dean) and Michael White (Bambi); his son Chase White; his siblings, Jenny Irvin, Corlissa Snead and James (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Isaic Irvin, Payten Adkins, Brayden Irvin, Gabriel White, Brady Parkins, Isaac Perkins and Skylar Adkins; and his grandmother Shirley Harkins.
