She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hanshaw and Isadrow Arrington Hanshaw; her husband George Smith; her daughter Janie Hudkins (John); her sisters, Frankie Horvath and Melba Hanshaw; and her granddaughter Angie Ruoto.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Hansen of Pembroke, George Smith, Jr. of Danese and Wayne Smith (Sis) of Verona, VA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
