Though Deta may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parent Billie Louise Dawson of Layland, WV.; and her sister Anna Rose. She is survived by: her husband Roy Duncan; her daughters, Tara Kinder (Chris) and Jennifer Hamm (Shane); her grandchildren, Dakota Wiseman (Nicole), Adam Hamm and Jada Wiseman; her siblings, Cheyenne Martin (Jimbo), Carmilla Pugh and Duana Cooper; and her sisters-in-law, Debra Duncan and Lisa Crowe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
