She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank B. Kayes and Clara Dunbrack Kayes; and her spouse C. Glenn Vanscoy. She is survived by: her sons, David G. Vanscoy (Alice) of Keyser, WV and Allen Vanscoy (Lois) of Dailey; her sister Naomi Wamsley of Elkins; and her grandchildren, Mike Vanscoy (Alison), Eric Vanscoy (Angie) of Philippi, Tricia Newlin (Roger) of Keyser, WV and Greg Vanscoy (Jennifer) of Keyser, WV.. She is also survived by Three great granddaughters, nine step-great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Tygart Valley Homestead Association, P. O. Box 115, Dailey, WV 26259 in memory of Jo.
