He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Wegman Sr. and Edna Mae Simmons Wegman; and his sisters, Helena Rowe and Barbara Williamson. He is survived by: his siblings, Janette E. Wise of Carmichaels, PA, Deborah K. Lewis of Waynesburg, PA and Dennis L. Wegman (Trudy) of Tucson, AZ.
