She is survived by: her child Kelley Marie Shaffer of Dailey; her siblings-in-law, Delbert Shaffer Jr. (Joann), Bob Shaffer (Patty) and Nancy DuBritton; her niece Deann Barger; and her great-nephews, George and Henry Cooke.
