It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Fay Watson Scott of Dailey, West Virginia, born in Beverly, West Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Lee Watson and Edna Marie Bennett Watson; and her brothers, Herman, Bob and Danny.
She is survived by: her husband William O. Scott; her children, Denise Armentrout (Mitch) of Elkins, Angie Taylor (Harvey) of Dailey and Roger Scott (Kelley) of Wardensville; her sisters, Arlene Knick (Kenny) and Glenda Hedrick (Bill); her grandchildren, Sarah Crislip, Kaitlyn Smith, Travis Taylor and Amanda Mathes; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Leeland, Covey, Emmit, Lennox, Gage, Greyson and Everly. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
