It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Dwayne Cogar of Cyclone, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren "Burt" Burton Cogar and Helen Cogar (McClung). He is survived by: his wife Janice Cogar of Cyclone; his children, Noel Cogar Jr. of Cyclone and Amy (Ty Cook) of Combs Addition; his siblings, Lowell (Betty Cogar) and Pamela (Danny Gibson) of Davin; his grandchildren, Jordan Cogar of Beckley, Justin Cogar of Oceana, Jaxon Cogar of Huntington, Baylee Jo Cook and Broc Cook of Combs Addition; and his great grandchild Zade Cogar of Beckley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home, Inc. (115 Market St, Man, WV 25635). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
