She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Blankenship and Joseph Lee Blankenship; and her siblings, Stacy Blankenship, Earl Gene Blankenship and Janice Daniels.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Michael Perry of Cyclone; her daughter Lora Perry Davis (Paul "Pete" Davis) of Wagram, NC; her sister Shirley Mavis Brown of Cyclone; her brother-in-law Larry Perry (Kay) of Lawrenceville, GA; and her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Hatfield, Anita Cobb, Stephanie Blankenship, Michele Lusk, Tamberly Irick, Katrina Daniels, Roni Gavigan, Nicole Wesig, Molly Riddell, Chandra Bailey, Terry Daniels, Craig Blankenship, Eric Brown, Darren Blankenship and Kevin Daniels.
